Change your mind? We will accept returns on pottery, hardgoods, and gift shop items that were purchased within 30 days. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging and/or accompanied by a receipt*

Garden Center Warranty
Plants are guaranteed from the date of purchase through the growing season for 50% redit based on the original purchase price of the plant. Plants purchased at the end of the growing season are warranted (at the same rate) to leaf out in the spring. No cash refunds will be given in lieu of credit. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. The following are not guaranteed: Flowering Dogwoods, redbuds, hemlocks, azaleas, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, roses, annuals, perennials, ornamental grasses, bulbs, ground covers, grass seed and sod.

Installation Warranty
Plants are fully warranted to be healthy and disease-free at time of installation. A full one year replacement guarantee is standard, with a labor only warranty for the second year (customer purchases similar plant at retail price.) The contractor will notify proper Public Utilities before installation. All other private buried irrigation electrical lines, dog fence, septic field, and other obstructions are to be marked by the homeowner. Geist Nursery will not be held responsibly for damaging such unmarked items. This warranty is void in the event of chemical, mechanical, pest, animal, ,drought or storm damage. Plants must be watered and sustained to out satisfaction. Failure to do this voids the guarantee. .
